We are heading to the end of all things and God's word is true. We either fit in three categories. Either we're saved and getting ready for the Lord's return, or we haven't heard God's good news and have yet to get saved, or we have refused God's gift of salvation and are deciding to choose hell. The choice is ours. The window of grace is shutting. God's true sheep are continuing to be saved and are being separated from the wicked (tares). They are refusing to fall for the lies and falsehoods leading up to the strong delusion mentioned in 2 Thessalonians 2. Judgement Day will be a sad occasion; especially for professing Christians who believed themselves to be saved, yet were not.
Matthew 7:21-23King James Version
21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
