No Narcissism in the Kingdom of God

There are just certain things that you do not have to tell a Christian when they are truly born again. They learn the importance of Romans 13:14; But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof.

Anyone that puts on Christ gives no place to the flesh. We don't refuse to see people for who God has made them to be and that's not "objects," for anyone else, especially in the body of Christ to use, misuse and abuse.

Mark 12:30 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment.

31 And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.

If we do not love God, we cannot view ourselves through his eyes nor love "ourselves," therefore, we cannot love our neighbor. We can only love our neighbor as we love ourselves. There is no excuse for things that is being done to people who are in the body of Christ by people who are supposed to know, love and serve God. We must realize that God will hold us accountable for it.

Galatians 5:19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,

20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,

21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.

Narcissism proves that a person has not put on Christ, but have instead are still in the flesh. We should make it our aim to put these things away as naming the name of the Lord and not making excuses for these types of behaviors. We should treat people the way that we want to be treated.

And as ye would that men should do to you, do ye also to them likewise. Luke 6:31

There is no excuse for unChristlike behavior among the saints.

And above all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness. Colossians 3:14

To walk in love as believers is for us all.

In Jesus name.
